Joseph I. Rosenbaum is founder and President of Diversified Management Plus. Building upon his years of expertise in the field of commercial real estate, Mr. Rosenbaum excels at capitalizing opportunities for his clients.
Mr. Rosenbaum is founder and President of Madison Commercial Real Estate Services, a family of companies focused on tax, management and financial services for commercial property owners. Starting with its flagship division in June 1998, Madison Title, the first MCRES company, offered only title insurance and title-related services.
Since then, Mr. Rosenbaum has expanded Madison's scope of operations through subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures to offer a full suite of commercial real estate services, including LeaseProbe, Madison 1031, Madison SPECS, Real Diligence and DocProbe.
Additionally, Mr. Rosenbaum is President of Diversified Capital, Inc., a real estate holding company which owns and manages numerous commercial and residential properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Connecticut and Texas. He also founded Citybook Services Ltd., a satellite company based in Israel, offering back office support for companies around the world. Mr. Rosenbaum holds a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from Beth Medrash Govoha College.
Judy Malin Director of Operations
Judy Malin is Director of Operations for Diversified Management Plus. She has over a dozen years of management experience, successfully administering multi million dollar projects. Mrs. Malin works closely with property owners, construction managers, services operators and vendors to plan and implement a successful property management strategy. She puts her management experience to work for DM Plus clients, in the operation, control and oversight of commercial properties. Mrs. Malin’s extensive experience and attentive customer service skills allow her to implement rapid response and successful solutions.

A: We understand that quality tenants are the key to a successful investment property. That’s why our management approach is tenant-centric. Tenants may phone, fax, or submit their requests to us online. After we receive a maintenance request, we contact the tenant and ask questions to determine the exact nature of the problem before sending a service technician. We then schedule the repair. High priority items are usually attended to the same or next business day.
A: Yes. Tenants can contact us 24 hours a day and 6 days a week to respond to emergencies. We will then speak with the tenant to determine how to proceed.
